For the first time, Hezbollah has instructed residents of northern Israel to evacuate, specifically targeting 25 settlements in the region. A one-minute video released by the group identified the areas from which they have advised Israelis to withdraw.
The designated area spans 22 kilometers and is home to approximately 200,000 Israeli residents. Historically, such evacuation directives have typically come from Tel Aviv regarding Gaza and southern Lebanon. Analysts suggest that Hezbollah’s order could escalate tensions in the ongoing conflict.
In recent weeks, Hezbollah has significantly increased the scale of its operations within Israel. Over the past 24 hours, the group conducted 48 attacks in northern Israel, marking the highest number of operations in a single day. This week, they have launched a record number of drones and rockets. Additionally, the recent escalation has resulted in the deaths of 10 Israeli soldiers over two days.
The evolving situation is drawing international attention and concern as the potential for further conflict remains high.
